Does enFeedelSMS work on Helio phones?

I tried downloading enFeedelSMS on a helio phone here in Los Angeles. I went to:

http://www.feedelix.com/m

on my phone browser. It displays all the choices, but when I click on enFeedel, it just refuses to download. The Helio guys at Santa Monica were not able to help me because it was kind of beyond their training. They called the 'tech-savvy' guy; but that did not help either.

Please advise.
